1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of mockshopping.com (the “Site”), operated by India Shop, a sole proprietorship based in Mumbai, India (“Mockshopping”, “we”, “us”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What Mockshopping is

We showcase products from brands, publish product information and buying guides, and run community activities such as polls and questions. Purchases are made on the brand’s or an authorised seller’s own website, under that seller’s terms.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• Membership is open to individuals aged 18 or above who reside in India.
• You must give accurate information and keep your login details secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. One person may hold one account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or show misuse.

4. Discovery Points, offers and rewards

• Discovery Points are a participation feature. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for money.
• Weekly offers and the Featured Product of the Week are not a lottery or game of chance. Outcomes depend on the participation rules shown on the Site, including the timestamp at which a member reaches the required points.
• Offers, discounts and free products are provided by or with participating brands, may be limited in number, and are subject to availability and the rules shown with each offer.
• We may change, pause or end any offer, points rule or reward at any time, and may withhold rewards where we reasonably suspect misuse, duplicate accounts or automated activity.

5. Your contributions

When you submit poll votes, answers, comments or feedback, you confirm it is your own, lawful and not misleading. You give Mockshopping a free, non-exclusive right to use, display and summarise it (including in aggregated form shared with brands) in connection with the Site. Do not post anything abusive, defamatory, infringing or spam.

6. Product information and third-party sites

Product details come from brands and public information and may change. Featuring a product is for information and discovery only. It is not an endorsement or a recommendation to buy. Always check the seller’s site for current price, availability, ingredients, warranty and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, their content, products, delivery or refunds.

7. Acceptable use

• No hacking, scraping, bots or attempts to manipulate polls, points or rankings.
• No impersonation, harassment or illegal activity.
• No copying of Site content for commercial use without written permission.

8. Intellectual property

Site design, text, logos and graphics belong to Mockshopping or are used with permission. Brand names, product images and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mockshopping is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for purchases made on other sites, or for interruptions or errors on the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
