What Mockshopping Is

Mockshopping.com is a product discovery and brand promotion platform, operated by India Shop, Mumbai, India. We help Indian consumers discover quality products from partner brands through daily content, and we help those brands reach engaged shoppers. Mockshopping is not a marketplace: we do not sell, manufacture or ship products.

How It Works

• Free membership. Joining Mockshopping is free. No payment or purchase is needed to join or take part.
• Discovery Points. Members earn Discovery Points by engaging with daily product content, for example by answering the daily question. Points have no cash value.
• Featured Product of the Week. The first member to reach 100 Discovery Points in a given week receives the featured product from our partner brand. This is decided by a timestamp-based system, not by random selection.
• Top 5 weekly point-earners. The top 5 point-earners each week receive a discount from our partner brand.
• All other participants. Members who complete the week’s activities receive a smaller partner-brand discount code.

The exact discount values are shown in the weekly Discovery Offer. If two members reach the same points total, the member who reached it first ranks higher. Rewards depend on the weekly offer and are not guaranteed.

No Purchase Necessary

Joining, earning Discovery Points and being eligible for the Featured Product of the Week or any discount requires no purchase from Mockshopping or any partner brand.

Rewards & Fulfilment

All discounts and product rewards are issued and fulfilled directly by our partner brands through discount codes or shipment. Mockshopping does not handle shipping, product fulfilment or payment processing for rewards. Brand Partnerships & Compensation

Mockshopping partners with brands to feature their products in Daily Discovery articles and Featured Product of the Week content. In connection with these partnerships, we may receive compensation, free products or other consideration from featured brands. This applies to all branded content on the platform, including daily articles.

Editorial Independence

Our product write-ups reflect our own assessment and are meant to help you discover products worth knowing about. We do not make unverified or exaggerated claims on a brand’s behalf. Eligibility

• Open to residents of India aged 18 and above.
• One account per person. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts are disqualified from rewards.
• Mockshopping may verify eligibility and Discovery Point activity before issuing any reward.

Your Data & Marketing Consent

We collect the information needed to run your membership and verify Discovery Point activity. See our Privacy Policy for details. Marketing communications are strictly opt-in: you will always see a separate, unticked checkbox, and you can withdraw consent at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms, the weekly mechanic or the reward structure to keep the platform fair and compliant. Material changes will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date.
