Welcome to mockshopping. By subscribing to our service and participating in our Q&A sessions, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Nature of Service

mockshopping is a gamified educational platform designed to test product knowledge.

  • We do not sell physical goods.

  • We do not deliver physical products to your doorstep. (Only to the Winner of the contest).

  • The "Add to Cart" function is a polling mechanism to determine which product will be the subject of the nightly Q&A session.

2. Subscription & Eligibility

  • Fees: Access to the nightly Q&A sessions requires an active, paid subscription. Subscription fees are non-refundable.

  • Age: Users must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to subscribe.

  • Account: One account per person. Any attempt to use "bots" or multiple accounts to answer questions will result in an immediate ban without a refund.

3. The Selection Process ("Add to Cart")

  • Users may add products to their virtual cart to signal interest.

  • At the end of the business day, our internal team tallies the selections. The most "added" product becomes the "Featured Product of the Night."

  • Note: Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee it will be the featured product, nor does it grant ownership of the item.

4. The Nightly Q&A Session

  • The Challenge: A question related to the Featured Product will be posted at a designated time.

  • Winning: The first participant to provide the correct answer (as recorded by our servers) will be declared the winner.

  • Server Time: Our internal server clock is the final authority on who answered first. We are not responsible for user-side internet latency.

5. Intellectual Property.

All products displayed on our site, including images and descriptions, are for illustrative purposes. We do not claim ownership of the brands displayed; they are used solely for the context of our trivia games.

6. Limitation of Liability.

mockshopping is provided "as is" for entertainment purposes. We are not liable for any dissatisfaction regarding the outcome of games, technical glitches during Q&A sessions, or any perceived loss related to subscription fees. We do not guarantee that every user will win a game.

7. Changes to Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
