Shipping & Delivery Policy.

At mockshopping, speed is our game—not just in the arena, but in our logistics too. We aim to get your victory into your hands as fast as possible.

1. Dispatch Timeline.

Once a winner is announced and the Prepaid Order is confirmed, your product will be dispatched within 48 hours. You will receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp as soon as the package leaves our warehouse.

2. Accuracy of Address.

  • User Responsibility: It is the user’s sole responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address (including Landmark, PIN Code, and a reachable Mobile Number) at the time of order placement.
  • No Redirection: Once an order is dispatched, we cannot redirect the shipment to a different address.

3. Delivery Attempts & Failed Delivery.

We understand that sometimes you might miss a delivery. Here is our "Two-Strike" rule:

  • First Attempt: If the courier is unable to deliver the product (due to the customer being unavailable or the address being locked), the product will be returned to our hub.
  • Second Attempt (Final Try): We will ship the product one more time at no extra cost to the winner. This is the last and final attempt to deliver your shipment.
  • Failed Delivery: If the second attempt is also unsuccessful or the customer remains unreachable, the shipment will be marked as a "Failed Delivery." > ⚠️ Important Note: In the event of a "Failed Delivery," the product will be returned to our inventory, and the winning claim/discount will be considered void (expired). No refunds of subscription fees or partial payments will be issued for failed deliveries due to user unavailability.

4. Inspection Upon Delivery

As per our Return Policy, please ensure you record a clear, unedited unboxing video from the moment you receive the package to protect yourself against any transit damage claims.

Notice to Customer : Agree to the Mockshopping Terms of Service, including the 4-Hour Payment Window, the Strict No-Return Policy, and the Two-Attempt Shipping Rule. I confirm that my shipping address is 100% accurate.
