Due to the nature of these exclusive rewards and the deep discounts provided, we operate under a Strict No-Return and No-Exchange Policy.

All products are 100% Original with Brand Warranty.

1. Subscription Fees (₹9 / ₹79).

  • Non-Refundable: All subscription fees paid for the 1-Day Pass or 90-Day Access are 100% non-refundable.
  • Session Access: Payment grants you the opportunity to participate and win. Failure to join the live session, technical issues on the user’s end, or incorrect answers do not entitle the user to a refund of the subscription fee.

2. Winning Products (Free & 50% Discounted).

  • Final Sale: Any product won for FREE or purchased at a 50% Discount as part of a winning session is considered a "Final Sale."
  • No Returns/Exchanges: We do not accept returns, digital credits, or exchanges for these items based on "change of mind," "size preference," or "color choice."
  • No Cancellations: Once a winner places a Prepaid Order for a discounted product, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

3. Damages & Defective Items.

We take great care to ensure your prize reaches you in perfect condition. However:

  • Unboxing Video Mandatory: To claim a replacement for a product damaged during transit, the winner MUST record a continuous, unedited unboxing video from the moment the courier seal is broken.
  • Reporting Window: Any transit damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with the video proof sent to [Your Support Email/WhatsApp].
  • Resolution: If the damage is verified, we will provide a replacement of the same product. If the product is out of stock, a suitable alternative or a refund of the specific amount paid (if any) will be processed.
  • 4. Failed "4-Hour" Orders. If a Top 4 winner fails to place their Prepaid Order within the 4-hour window following the session, the discount offer expires. No refunds or extensions will be granted for missed windows.
